Refund Policy

PACKS
Due to the fact that our template packs are delivered immediately after purchase and you therefore gain instant access to the products we do not issue refunds for these products as it is not possible for us to revoke your access upon refunding. No refunds will be given for a lack of the correct software to access the files. Refunds will also not be given for purchases of add-on packs without prior purchase of the base pack version.

ASSETS
Due to the fact that our asset packs are delivered immediately after purchase and you therefore gain instant access to the products we do not issue refunds for these products as it is not possible for us to revoke your access upon refunding. No refunds will be given for a lack of the correct software to access the files.

LEARN
Due to the fact that access to our learn courses is granted immediately after purchase and you therefore gain instant access to the products we do not issue refunds for these products as it is not possible for us to revoke your access upon refunding. No refunds will be given for being unable to access content due to out of date/faulty technology. If you are unable to access content due to a fault in our systems/website we will attempt to fix the issue or offer a refund if we cannot fix the fault.

PLUS
Plus products are monthly subscription services meaning that you can choose to not renew next month at any point and will not be charged, if you fail to cancel auto renew then refunds will only be granted if you contact us regarding your renewal and you have not received any products related to that months charge yet. Refunds will not be granted if you have already been sent items related to that months charge as you therefore gain instant access to the products and it is not possible for us to revoke your access upon refunding. For any months where no products are delivered due to technical faults or if a subscription is closed then you will receive a refund for any months where you do not receive products. For months where the minimum number of products stated per month is not delivered you will receive a partial refund matching the percentage of products not delivered.

BESPOKE
Due to the custom nature of bespoke graphics, we do not issue refunds for these products unless we are unable to deliver your order for technical reasons. If for any reason we are unable to create your custom products we will contact you with information on refunds. Refunds will not be granted due to incorrect information provided.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and gift card balances cannot be exchanged for money. In the event that GFXCRATE closes no refunds will be given for unspent gift cards but they can be exchanged for products at the current price at the time.
